‘Nigerian Youths Have Abandoned You’ – PDP Campaign Council Mocks Peter Obi
One of the spokesmen of the Presidential Campaign Council of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ossai Ovie Success, has mocked the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi.
In a post via his Facebook page over the weekend, Success said Obi has been abandoned by Nigerian youths both online and offline because they know he doesn’t have the capacity of leading Nigeria.
According to the media aide to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, Nigerian youths are no longer talking about the former Governor of Anambra State and he should be ready to lose the 2023 presidential election.
Success opined that Obi’s popularity across the country is gradually declining, adding that Nigerian youths are getting wiser ahead of the 2023 polls.
He wrote: “I was in a ceremony recently and the Master of Ceremony shouted PETER OBI thinking the crowd will start expressing their happiness with ovation but it was shocking to the MC after realizing that people are no longer happy with that name.
”A few days later, I was telling my friends about what happened and they said that was the same thing they experienced in some parts of Enugu.
“It was at this point I noticed Peter Obi has been abandoned by the youths .”
“I also took out time to study Peter Obi’s Popularity online and I noticed it has reduced drastically.
“This is a clear indication that the youths are now wiser toward the 2023 general elections.“
