Littler would have to agree to two conditions to make the match happenRex

Taylor has won a phenomenal 16 world championships and is widely considered as the best darts player of all time.

But it’s 17-year-old Littler that is setting the sport alight now with his sensational rise this year.

The teen sensation reached the World Championship final on his debut and is making his mark on the Premier League since earning his spot too.

And now Taylor has said he would take the youngster on in a exhibition match if he can set two conditions.

The senior tour star wants to play just one leg of 301 AND he wants to take to the board first.

Speaking to TalkSPORT, he said: “No [I don’t want to play him]. Not yet, I don’t want to play him to be quite honest with you!

“I’d play him in an exhibition, yeah. One leg of 301, I go first!”

And perhaps there is a slight fear from “The Power” at the thought of facing Littler.

Taylor was full of praise for “The Nuke” who has just booked his place in his first ever European Tour event.

He said: “I think he is absolutely fantastic, I have got to be honest with you, and I know he’s got the backs up of the other pros which I love to see.

“I wasn’t really watching darts, I wasn’t really interested in it and he’s made me interested in watching it again.”

Littler returns to action tonight when he takes on Gerwyn Price in his quarter-final match-up as he looks to reach his second consecutive Premier League final.

The youngster currently sits in third place in the Premier League table after his meteoric rise since the World Championships.
