PMB STILL IN CHARGE
First of all, what happened in Zabarmari is evil, barbaric and conmdemnable and should never happen again. The funeral prayer was frightening. Standing in a raw to pray for 43 slain individuals most cost a mental pain for those in attendance.
It’s no doubt, Insecurity has disrupted everything even our mental balance. We share the pain and grief of those affected, especially in Borno, Katsina and Zamfara States. But President Muhammadu Buhari is still in charge of security in this country and he is committed and focused on rooting out the dreaded Boko Haram terrorists.
We all know that war on terrorism is never cheaply won and there have been a consistent strategy from the inception of this administration on how Nigeria will defeat terror.
Just like PMB has said, government should intensify cooperation with neighbouring countries on bilateral and multilateral levels, to ensure that there is no hiding place for the terrorists.
I salute our military and other security agencies on their relentless efforts to protect the integrity of our Nation. We are better off what terrorism used to be in the North, and I still believe that this administration will deliver.
May Allah forgive all those that were brutally killed in Zabarmari and console their families.
