Aaron Wan-Bissaka started off the move with a throw-in

Casemiro’s excellent pass into Alejandro Garnacho was a key part of the goal

Luke Shaw then crossed for Marcus Rashford to stroke home

The move starts with a throw-in from Aaron Wan-Bissaka in his own half.

The right-back uses Fred, who finds Lisandro Martinez to bring the ball into the Crystal Palace half and pick out Luke Shaw in acres of space.

Shaw then continues to bring the ball forward before handing the baton to Alejandro Garnacho, who comes inside and plays a one-two with Fred.

Only six passes have been made, but United are suddenly in full flow.

Garnacho finds the man who started the move, Wan-Bissaka, and he immediately spreads the play to Antony on the right.

The winger then plays a neat one-two with Bruno Fernandes before going back to Wan-Bissaka.

The move is really beginning to take shape and the two most important passes happen when the ex-Crystal Palace star picks out Casemiro, who drops back into the D and plays a fine ball into Garnacho.

The Argentine impressively gets away from two defenders, before laying off to Shaw in space on the left-hand side of the box.

A third went: “Ten Hag’s imprint all over this goal.”

Meanwhile, the Dutchman said: “It was a great team goal, by switching play, playing between the lines, great combinations and then finally he finished off a brilliant pass by Luke Shaw as well, the cross.

“And then of course the finish was very good.”
