Simpson spent 11 seasons in the NFL playing for only the Bills and San Francisco 49ers.

During his playing days, the former NFL MVP weighed around 212 pounds as he stood at 6-foot-2.

That stature helped him have a dominant college and NFL career.

Simpson attended USC for two seasons after winning Junior College Player of the Year for the City College of San Francisco the year before.

During his time with the Trojans, Simpson won a National Championship and was awarded the Heisman trophy in his final season.

The Bills selected Simpson with the No.1 pick in the 1969 NFL Draft.

He would go on to spend nine of his 11 years with the franchise and is a member of the Bills Wall of Fame.

In his career, Simpson led the NFL in rushing yards four times and established himself as one of the game’s best RBs.

He ran for a total of 11,236 yards and scored 75 total touchdowns in his career.

Simpson was a six-time Pro Bowler, five-time All-Pro first-team selection, and won the MVP and Offensive Player of the Year award in 1973.

He is also a member of the Hall of Fame and was named to the NFL’s 1970s All-Decade team.

Simpson retired from the NFL in 1979 after suffering a knee injury the season prior.

The once great athlete and physical specimen, now 76 years old, looked unrecognizable this weekend as he wore a white shirt with a black tracksuit during the outing.

He also rocked a golf visor as he walked around the Nevada city with a cane.

Simpson wore a similar outfit in November when he was seen walking without a cane, this time with a laptop under his arm.
