Governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress have resolved their differences ahead of the national convention of the ruling party.
The national convention of the APC has been fixed for Saturday, March 26 at Eagle Square in Abuja.
The Governor of Nasarawa State, Abdullahi Sule on Monday claimed that the Progressives Governors Forum is on the same page on the convention of the party.
Governor Sule who is the Chairman of the Media Committee disclosed this through Garba Shehu, the secretary.
According to Sule, the caretaker committee led by the Governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni is working on bringing everyone on board.
He said, “I believe it is the only path for a successful convention and victory at elections.
“We believe in unity in diversity, and this is the mantra of our convention.”
He further stated that necessary arrangements have been put in place to ensure that the convention is successful.
About 4,000 delegates from the 36 states and the FCT are expected at the convention to elect new national executives.
