Mighty Wind Will Blow In Nigeria In 2023 – Moghalu Speaks

Former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Kingsley Moghalu, has taken to social media to express his views about the forthcoming 2023 general elections in the country.

The former presidential candidate admonished Nigerians to be proactive as a people in assuring the country’s independence while exercising their civil rights at the polls come 2023.

According to Moghalu, the citizens deserve a better life and not suffering.

Moghalu’s tweet reads: “A mighty wind will blow in Nigeria in 2023. Let Nigerians rise up peacefully and declare their real “independence” and ownership of our country and our destiny as a people at the ballot box. We are God’s children too. We deserve our place in the sun. We should thrive, not suffer.”

‘Do Not Embarrass Buhari, Vote Tinubu Only’ – Shehu Tells Daura, Katsina Residents

Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, has urged residents of Daura in Katsina State to support the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, in the forthcoming 2023 election.

Naija News reports that Shehu made the call during the weekend at a meeting with the APC presidential campaign council members in Katsina with President Buhari’s nephew, Alhaji Musa Haro, in attendance.

Earlier at the meeting, Haro, who is the District Head of Dumurkol, declared that his people would give maximum support to the APC presidential candidate and governorship candidate of the state.

In his address, Shehu charged the people to be firm with their promises so they would save the president from embarrassment.

While reacting to the ongoing campaign for the APC governorship candidate in the state, the presidential aide said he is confident that the exercise is a journey of success for the ruling party in Katsina and across the country.

Representing President Buhari at the event, Shehu said: “I work with some people in the campaign train, and they proved that they have the capacity and they will never fail.

“Coming to campaign here, it’s just to thank the people of Dumurkol because they need no lecture on whom to vote for to succeed Buhari in 2023.”

Shehu further urged the people not to campaign for any politician from the opposition camp claiming to be with Buhari.

He stressed that Dumurkol, Daura or the entire Katsina would market only APC in the forthcoming election. ”Vote for Asiwaju and Shettima for President and Vice-President, Dikko Radda and Jobe for governor and also vote for Nasiru Sani as your Senator and other APC legislators.

“Vote for APC from top to bottom; whoever comes here after decamping to another party and says he is with President Buhari, he is a liar; he is not with Buhari; it’s APC all the way,” the presidential aide said.
