Buhari’s Former Aide Asks Nigerians For Help Ahead Of APC Primaries

A former aide to President Muhammadu Buhari on new media, Bashir Ahmad has asked Nigerians for help ahead of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary elections.

Ahmad who is seeking to pick the ticket of the APC to be able to represent his Kano State constituency in the House of Representatives asked Nigerians to pray for him.

He disclosed in a Twitter post on Thursday that he would be going against the incumbent member representing the constituency for the APC ticket during the primary elections tomorrow (Friday).

The former presidential media aide, therefore, requested Nigerians to pray for him, and give him words of encouragement.

Though he acknowledged that many people have no business with the process, he still covets their prayers and words of encouragement.

He wrote: “Our primary election is tomorrow, I am contesting against the incumbent MHR, even though majority of you have no business in the process, but I have important requests, kindly include me in your prayers, words of encouragement, and best wishes, PLEASE. May Allah grant us victory!”
