Why Rhodes-Vivour Removed My Husband As Labour Party Chairman, Despite Giving Him Ticket – Foluke Daramola

Nollywood actress, Foluke Daramola, has revealed the ‘hurtful’ action of the Labour Party (LP) governorship candidate in Lagos State, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, toward her husband, Kayode Salako.

Naija News reports that the actress, who is a staunch member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), during an exchange with an Instagram user claimed that her husband, Kayode, gave GRV the governorship ticket.

However, her husband was removed as the Labour Party Chairman in the state because he is not from the eastern part of Nigeria.

She also alleged that Gbadebo took all the Yoruba House of Assembly tickets and replaced the candidates with Igbos.

Recall that Foluke’s husband resigned as chairman of LP in January 2023 six months after his appointment in the state.

She wrote: “Take your time don’t insult me on my page and I say a big game to ur prayers. God will reward me according to rot the works of my hands I know Gbadebo very well, my husband gave him that ticket and.

“What did he do next, he removed my husband as the Labour Party chairman cos he’s not Igbo and all the Yoruba house of assembly and. He took tickets to put Igbo there and u dare come to my page to insult me? Let us be guided.”
