Unemployed ex-Man Utd star training with Premier League side after snubbing life-changing Saudi Arabia transfer offer
FORMER Manchester United star Axel Tuanzebe has been offered a Premier League lifeline by Luton Town after snubbing the riches of Saudi Arabia.
The 25-year-old defender came through the youth system at Manchester United but failed to cement himself as a first-team regular.

Tuanzebe, who penned a £50,000-a-week contract extension back in 2021, was released by the Red Devils this summer after making just 37 appearances for the club.
The ex-England U21 international, who was loaned out to Stoke City in the Championship last term, has suffered a number of injury issues over recent years.
But that did not deter a number of clubs from both at home and abroad from coming knocking to try and sign him.
Tuanzebe had interest from Germany, Turkey and also had a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia to choose from.
However, he instead spent three weeks living at England’s St. George’s Park HQ in Burton-on-Trent to undergo an intense rehab programme with a team of physios and coaches hired by him.
Now, having completed that without any issues, Tuanzebe is heading to Luton to begin training with the newly-promoted Hatters in order to try and earn a deal.
Hopes were high for him at United following two successful loan stints at Aston Villa but his third stint at Villa Park saw him hardly feature.
United recalled him in January 2022 and he was instead loaned back out to Serie A outfit Napoli.

However, a change of country did not help as he only made one league appearance for the side.
Last season, Tuanzebe spent six months out on loan at Stoke but injuries limited his game time to just four appearances in the Championship.
