Toke Makinwa Speaks On Oxlade S3xtape
Popular media personality, Toke Makinwa has lent her voice to the leaked sex tape of talented Nigerian singer and songwriter, Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, professionally known as Oxlade.
The singer rather than being condemned for his actions was praised by some Nigerian for the sexual prowess displayed in the viral video.
However, some others have called on Oxlade who has yet to react to the development, to apologise to Nigerians
Toke Makinwa when asked about the viral video while speaking with a colleague at the Rhythm FM studio, said people’s reaction to the leaked video shows that human beings are hypocritical.
She condemned people who are quick to attack a woman but hail a man or ask him to show them the way for doing the same thing a woman was condemned for.
Makinwa said, “People have double standards because when it’s a man, people are like ‘what do you feel about it?’ But when it’s a woman, they want to crucify her.
“People need to stop being hypocritical, when it’s one gender, they hail them and ask to be taught the way but the female gender, it’s something else.”
Recall that Nigerians widely condemned popular singer, Tiwa Savage after her sex tape was leaked last year.
