PREPARE FOR VOTE REVOLUTION IN 2023 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
2023: The Igbo People Has Capacity Of 3m Votes Each In The States of Igbo Extraction – OHANAEZE YOUTH COUNCIL
Ohaneze Youth Council has announced that the Igbo Nation has the population and capacity to achieve about 3million votes from the States of Igbo extraction in Nigeria ahead of the 2023 Presidential election.
The Igbo Pressure Group Made this known in Press statement jointly released to the newsmen by their national President, Igbokaya O Igbokaya, and Acting National Publicity Secretary, Comrade Okechukwu Ilediagu on Monday 19th July at Umuahia.
In the statement, Ohanaeze Youth Council noted that “there’s no way those living in the tropical areas will be more populated than those in the hinterland”
“They added that the historical study of human inhabitant has proved that wrong. Therefore, the claim that the Hausa/ Fulani population is more than the Igbo people is mere paperwork from Fulani political oligarchy aided by the British government from the inception of Nigeria”.
OYC argued that the situation where Kano, Kaduna, Sokoto, Borno states, etc get 1milliom to 2 million votes during elections while Imo, Abia, ANAMBRA, Enugu, Ebonyi, Delta, etc record 500,000 300,000 votes must Stop in 2023.
OYC announced that by December this year they will set up a National Political Action Committee(PAC) for the accomplishment of a Nigeria President of Igbo extraction in 2023.
They added that PAC will enable the council to drive the pre-election process and boasts Igbo participation in 2023 generation elections, by converting their population to political capital.
“We must follow up on the INEC re-registration and ensure that over 30million Igbo youths who are legible voters are registered and mobilized for the election”.
Comrade Igboayaka O Igboayaka maintained that “The Votes from Igbo land will prove that we are more populated than Hausa and Fulani put together.
He stressed that “With proper strategy, we will definitely have over 2.9 million votes in the 2023 presidential election in each state of the Igbo extraction”.
According to the statement, the Chibok as an LGA in Borno state, Northern Nigeria does not have up to four secondary Schools. But there is no community in Igbo land that doesn’t have more than 3 Secondary Schools. So what’s the statistics on the ground on the factious claim that Fulani/ Hausa population is greater than Igbo race?
Ohanaeze Youth Council (OYC) declared that Igbo people constitute a large percentage of the population in the following Northern and Western States and areas in Nigeria:
Lagos 55%
Kaduna 45%
Kano 40%
Ibadan 35%
Abuja 45%
Niger 35%
Adamawa 33%
Osun 30%
Ogun 29%
Meanwhile, according to the National President of OYC, Comrade Igboayaka stated that “they have argued that the National Population Commission should add a state of Origin in the policy of the Census process. But, we are aware that they excluded the state of Origin in Census as a way to increase the population in the North against the East”.
Comrade Igboayaka O Igboayaka recalled that “Nigeria Census process since 1962 which was rejected, and 1963 which was also rejected by people but was forced on everybody by the Nigerian government and aided by the British government.
“The controversial post- Independent Census in 1963 is still hurting Nigeria, as the foundation of Nigeria was built on the plot for ethnic dominance”.
“It is on record that every other thing was done in Nigeria one must be asked to identify their state of Origin, but except in Census”.
“Exclusion of State of Origin in Census is a deliberate conspiracy against the l Igbo people and other tribes in Southern Nigeria knowing that they have more population.
“Igbo people will shock Nigeria in the 2023 elections. Nigeria must accept the truth, work by the truth, live by the truth, or cease to exist due to lies”
