Police Arrest Popular Nigerian Singer, TI Blaze

A Nigerian singer, TI Blaze has been apprehended by the Nigerian police.

The singer took to his Instagram handle to give details of the incident.

He stated that the police had damaged some of his properties while also alleging that the security operatives claimed that they would have shot him if they were apprehended around a bushy area.

In a live video, a male voice can be heard saying that the singer who recently got a breakout single featuring Olamide has been harassed repeatedly by the police officers

T.I Blaze whose real name is Akintunde Abiodun Timileyin, is a Nigerian singer who is on the rise to crank up the industry with his studio songs and entertainment in general. Some of his songs include Overload, Oba, Basic, Gbedu, 365 days, Try, Only, Sometimes and others.

Meanwhile, Richard Okekenwa, older brother to Osinachi husband, Peter Nwachukwu, has said he had not seen or spoken to his brother for over 20 years.

“I don’t call him and i don’t have anything to do with him,” he said.

Okekenwa also told BBC Pidgin that Peter Nwachukwu’s real name is Peter Echijekwu Okekenwa.

He said since their father died, Peter has not gone home for burial, even when his wife father’s die.

Okekenwa said he heard about the news of Osinachi Nwachukwu death in the middle of the night after his children told him about it.

He added that Osinachi’s death made him cry, but not his brother’s arrest.

He said Peter is yet to call him to tell him about his wife’s death. Read more
