Luke Littler, 16, will play for top £500k prize tomorrow before TV audience of 2m after storming into world darts final

TEEN sensation Luke Littler made history tonight by booking his place in the world darts final.

The kebab-loving chucker, 16, won 6-2 to become the youngest ever PDC finalist.

He said: “It’s crazy. I was happy winning one game, now I could go all the way.”

Luke, of Warrington, Cheshire, takes home £500,000 if he wins at Ally Pally showdown.

More than two million viewers are now expected to watch his showdown at a sold-out Alexandra Palace.

Luke The Nuke was all smiles after beating Rob Cross, 33, by six sets to two in the semi-final — hitting a treble 20 and double 10 to seal the victory.

He said: “It’s crazy. I was happy winning one game, but I could really go all the way. Here I am in the final.

“I’ve settled on that stage. Once I find that rhythm after the first few legs I’m good to go.”

Asked what he will do now he has made the final, he added: “I’ll just keep doing what I’ve been doing. In the morning, I’ll go for my ham and cheese omelette, then later a pizza and then practice.”

Luke has already pocketed £200,000 in prize money following last night’s dazzling display.

That’s enough to buy 28,500 of his favourite celebratory snack — a doner kebab with lettuce and mayo.

But, if he does lift the Sid Waddell Trophy, he says he wants to treat pals to a night out in Blackpool or a day at Alton Towers.

Luke, the first 16-year-old to win a PDC World Darts Championship match, has been on a fairytale run that has seen him beat childhood heroes including Dutchman Raymond van Barneveld.

He conceded the first set but remained calm and collected to put on a show of consistent high scoring.

He will be cheered on again by his parents Antony and Lisa — as well as 300,000 fans now following him on Instagram.

They include West Ham and England star Jarrod Bowen.

Luke has meanwhile been been invited to watch Spurs by James Maddison and posed for snaps with Arsenal’s Declan Rice.

Luke, of Warrington, Cheshire, is hoping to be invited to his beloved Manchester United.

Another supporter at Ally Pally is Luke’s girlfriend of six weeks, 21-year-old Eloise Milburn, from Hersham, Surrey.

She plays for her county’s women’s team and was introduced by a pal — but has been accused of being a gold-digger by online trolls.

Mum Amanda said: “There’s been a lot of horrible stuff being posted. She doesn’t care about his money or his fame, she’s with him because she likes him. It’s as simple as that.”

Luke’s grandma Carol Littler said she plans to travel to the final. She said: “We were down watching him on Saturday but had to come back.

“We are so proud of him. He puts so much work into it and is always practising. It’s not easy for him being away from home but he loves it and loves darts. We all know how good he is but we weren’t expecting him to do so well so soon because he is so young.

“He only sat his GCSEs last summer, but he has got an old head on him and is mature for his age. We are dreaming about him winning it and think he will.”

A neighbour of Luke said: “He is a quiet lad. I saw him on telly and couldn’t believe it.”

Another added: “It’s great a Warrington lad is doing so well.”
