LIVING FOR A CAUSE!
“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God`s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” 1 Peter 2:9 (NIV)
The word ‘Cause,’ refers to purpose, plan, and reason for existence. Nobody lives for nothing! There is no existence without exhibition. Living without a cause, is living under a curse! The arrival of a man`s cause, is the departure of his generational curse.
It has been obviously stated in our preceding scripture that every one of us existing on earth today, has been chosen for a purpose; and the purpose is credible to all i.e to show forth the praise of God on earth. In other words, everything we live for should bring glory to God. To live for God`s purpose is the fulfillment of a total cause of living on earth. You are not a mistake on earth, but a miracle in motion on planet earth.
Living for a cause is living for a miracle; living for a miracle is living to exterminate a life of mirage. The first question you should ask yourself everyday is; ‘do I actually know the cause I live for?’ to be ignorant of a purpose of existence, is to keep achieving the wrong things without pleasing God in life. For example, to do well in any organization where you are employed, you need to see in crystal clear on a tablet of statement of facts, regards to your duties in that company, which your appointment letter should carry. If you don`t know your duty in any company you are employed to work, you will certainly fumble all the time!
It doesn`t matter what you achieved in life, if it is not in the direction of your purpose of living; it is all wasted fulfillment! Until your direction of functioning is on what God created you to be, your greatness is not sure. You can only be great in the field of your God`s plan and purpose on earth. God is too big to send you an errand for nothing, because we do not serve a purposeless God. Your purpose of living is beyond perishable achievement. Cars, houses, clothes, shoes, and any material you can think of; are all necessary to man on earth, but they are not the signs of ultimate fulfillment.
Beloved, you came into your family to answer a question, which no one has ever answered! Have you ever asked yourself; if your families (immediate and extended) are fulfilled having someone like you? You are on assignment in your family, and you have to understand that for real; else, you could just be perambulating doing what is not relevant in the family. Every one of us came to remove question marks on earth. David understood the purpose he lived; so, he said to his older brother in the battle front; “is there not a cause”? 1 Samuel 17:29 (paraphrased) And because David understood his cause for living; he ended well by fulfilling God`s plans for his life. “Now when David had served God’s purpose in his own generation, he fell asleep; he was buried with his ancestors and his body decayed.” Acts 13:36
Understanding purpose proceeds outstanding in destiny fulfillment. What you don`t know, you can`t run with, and what you don`t run with, will deny you of the prize!
Joseph understood his cause of living; no wonder he stated to his wicked brothers that God sent him ahead of them to preserve lives. Esther understood her cause for being a queen in a strange land; so she positioned herself for God to use for the preservation of the Jews. You see, many of us have been born to answer the questions of Nigeria; and we don`t need to be Presidents, Governors, Local Government Chairmen, and we may not even be politicians before we can answer those questions; but we can start from where we are right away in our respective destiny positions.
Understanding your cause of living, we wipe out people`s tears, anywhere you go! Let men and women feel the purpose why you live; don`t let anyone leave you hopeless! Be the answer people are looking for. Right from my teenage-hood; I have been saying that Nigeria is not complete without me, and I must have a positive voice to adding more beauty to my country, using the platform of my potential. Beloved, discharge the good purpose why you are in that office; there is a reason why you are in that church, dare to discharge your duty. You are not in that environment for nothing; transform it with your potential. I don`t care what your potential is; use it to add a transparent and pleasant beauty to your jurisdiction.
Don`t forget this for life dear reader; when you understand your cause of living, it fuels your inner energy to move with audacity, ferocity, curiosity to function without any reserve. Don`t get tired, because people are waiting for you in front; they want to see you arrive, because they believe in you even if no one believes in you. According to Theodore Roosevelt; “The only man who never makes a mistake is the man who never does anything.” Beloved, don`t be afraid to fail; hit at your cause of living, and you will discover your energy of success. There are people that may die, if you are not fulfilled in your cause of living. Some others may suffer for your failure to rising to responsibility of your living. Even if you don`t want to be fulfilled; dare to be fulfilled because of the people that believe in your personality – this is my driving force! That is why I write everyday to get someone courageous, in order to keep moving until destiny fulfillment is realized. Remember that your village is waiting for you; your state is waiting for you; your nation is waiting for you; and the continents around the world are waiting for you! Step out today, and make heaven glad for taking destiny responsibility.
REFLECTING PRAYERS:
Father thank you for your ever lifting words to me; please Lord, give me more grace to fulfill my cause of living, so I can remove all the question marks in my generation, before leaving this earth. Amen!

Lord Jesus, thank you for loving me and dying for my sins; you resurrected for my victory over sin and death. I therefore, ask that you come into my heart, Lord Jesus to be the Lord of my life. Restore me back as a backslider to my stand for you in faith, so I won`t miss out my place in eternity in heaven, Lord. Amen! I confess that I am born again, and I am righteous in Christ Jesus. Glory to God, Amen!
