“I Have Done Six Tests” – Toke Makinwa Cries Out From Sickbed
Media personality and vlogger, Toke Makinwa has come to social media to lament about her sickness which has refused to go.
The multiple-award-winning radio and TV presenter said she has done up to six tests but she’s still confined to the sickbed.
She further raised the alarm that almost everyone she knows is sick, stating that there’s a nasty bug going around.
Makinwa in her post via her social media handle expressed concerns about being infected with COVID-19 as she revealed that she has experienced all the symptoms of the virus, except for the loss of smell and taste but her tests keep coming back negative.
She then concluded in her post that it could be the change in weather.
She wrote: “There is a nasty bug going around. Everyone I know is sick. It’s covid like with no loss of smell or taste but all tests come out negative. I have done 6 tests, all negative but I am in bed sick. Maybe the change of weather? Harmattan?? It starts with sore throats, headaches, fever tiredness. etc.”
Meanwhile, popular Nigerian actress, Halima Abubakar, on Monday, disclosed that there are bullies in the Nigerian movie industry.
Halima in a post on her Instagram account called for bullies to be brought out and justice served.
This is coming after 12-year-old, Sylvester Oromoni was reportedly beaten by some seniors in Dowen college which consequently led to his death.
The Nollywood actress further stated that she repeated a semester at Bayero University, Kano, because of bullies.
