Hulk Hogan pictured walking with stick days after it was claimed he had no feeling in his legs following back surgery

WWE legend Hulk Hogan has been pictured with a walking stick just days after it was revealed he no longer had feeling in his legs following back surgery.

The Hulkster returned for RAW’s 30th anniversary last month alongside his legendary manager Jimmy Hart to open the show at the age of 69.

The two-time Hall of Famer stood on the entrance ramp and opened the show with a short speech for the live crowd.

However, fellow legend Kurt Angle met The Hulkster backstage that night and revealed he told him he lost all feeling in his lower body following a recent back surgery.

But the 12-time world champion’s camp insisted afterwards that the Immortal one was “doing well and is not paralysed”.

However Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, was spotted leaving the Department of Motor Vehicles in Clearwater, Florida, on Friday using a stick to help him walk.

Angle had claimed the ex-WWE Champion needed a cane because he “can’t feel his lower body”.

The 1996 Olympic gold medalist said on The Kurt Angle Show: “Hogan had his back surgery again.

“He had the nerves cut from his lower body. He can’t feel his lower body. So [he] uses his cane to walk around.

“I thought he was using the cane because he had pain in his back. He doesn’t have any pain. He has nothing at all. He can’t feel anything.

“So now he can’t feel his legs. So he has to walk with a cane which is, you know, that’s pretty serious, man.

“I mean, I really feel for Hogan. He put his heart and soul into the business and [it] ate him up.

“I mean, if you’re gonna kick off the show, the 30th anniversary of Raw, [it] should be Hulk Hogan.

“He’s the name and face of the company. He’s the guy that revolutionised pro wrestling. I have so much respect for him.”

Hogan is one of the most important stars in modern wrestling.

Hogan created sports-entertainment in the 80s with Hulkamania and revolutionised the business again in the 90s as leader of the NWO.

His cartoonish matches are outdated but Hogan was the undisputed master of wrestling’s most important skill – fan manipulation.

He even turned fans against The Rock at WrestleMania X8.
