Made a good return at Hexham before running out of puff after a long break. He is now just 2lb higher than when winning over course and distance in January.

RAMORE WILL (3.25 Lingfield, nb)

Jumped well to win at the track last month and was given just a 4lb rise which means he is still well-weighted on his old form. He can go in again for in-form trainer Chris Gordon.

MARK OF GOLD (2.55 Lingfield, treble)

Found the Greatwood Hurdle at Cheltenham too hot last time. He takes a drop in class today and his earlier win at Plumpton was impressive. Top conditional rider Niall Houlihan is really good value for his 3lb claim.
