Henry Winkler wants a poster of him back on the Spurs boss’ wall

In the days leading up to the game, Postecoglou admitted that when he was a kid in Australia he supported the Reds.

The gaffer explained: “Like any kid, I had the posters up on the wall. Liverpool was my team, but you grow up, things change.

“I used to love Happy Days. But I don’t have posters of The Fonz on my wall now. That’s how it goes.”

Winkler, who starred in the American sitcom as character Fonzie, took note of Postecoglou’s comments and surprisingly reached out to him.

The 77-year-old is hoping to get a photo of himself hung up inside the Tottenham dressing room.

He said in a hilarious video: “Big Ange, hello from LA, California. Congratulations on your win today.

“Henry Winkler here, aka The Fonz, so if I signed a poster for you right now, would you put it back up on your wall?

“That is the question. Fair dinkum, aaaaay.”
