Former Lagos Governor’s Son, Laolu Is Dead

The eldest son of the former Military Governor of Lagos State, the late Air Commodore Gbolahan Mudashiru, Laolu has been killed by a hit-and-run driver.

Naija News reports that the tragic incident occurred along Bourdilion road, Ikoyi, Lagos on Sunday morning.

Laolu, before his death, was the Managing Director of Vetiva Capital Management, an investment and asset company.

It was gathered that Laolu was riding a bicycle on Sunday morning with two others when the incident occurred.

The University of Lagos trained medical doctor with an MBA from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom is survived by his wife, Foluke, and children.

Seyi Tinubu Meets Buhari

Meanwhile, son of former Lagos Governor and flag bearer of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) Bola Tinubu, Seyi has met with President Muhammadu Buhari.

Naija News reports that Seyi Tinubu, on Saturday, led a delegation of APC youths to visit the President in Daura, his hometown in Katsina State.

The son of the APC flagbearer has been leading the youth wing of the Tinubu-Shettima Campaign Council instead of its Chairman, the Governor of Kogi State, Yayaha Bello.

Recall that the younger Tinubu led a solidarity march in Kano to gather support for his father and his running mate, Kashim Shettima for the 2023 Presidency.

He also led a delegation to visit Governor Bello in his office in Lokoja earlier in the week.
