Fans joke at least one Arsenal star has made Champions League semi-finals during Bayern Munich vs Real Madrid
FANS have joked that one Arsenal player as made it to the Champions League semi-finals.
The Gunners were knocked out of the competition by Bayern Munich in the quarter-finals.

However, that has not stopped fans from joking that referee Clément Turpin is actually Leandro Trossard.
The official was on duty as Real Madrid visited Bayern Munich for the first leg of the semi-finals.
The pair do have a resemblance to each other as they both have similar deep-set eyes.
Turpin hails from France while Trossard is from Belgium and represents the team on the international level.
The official has been a Fifa-listed referee since 2010 and has refereed the 2022 Champions League final between Real Madrid and Liverpool.
That has prevented supporters from making fun on social media.
One fan posted: “Leandro Trossard has made the #UCL semi-finals…”
A second wrote: “Dude’s on fire, deserved spot in the semis.”

A fifth joked: “Why is Trossard referring?”

The reference to Hollywood actress Anne Hathaway comes after she revealed to be a big fan of Trossard.
