Nicklas Bendtner has declared his aim to become Denmark’s national coach.
However, the ex-Arsenal star said he will first have to give up his career hosting a prank show on TV.

Danish national boss Kasper Hjulmand has come under fire amid his team’s struggle to qualify for Euro 2024.
And former 81-cap striker Bendtner has thrown his hat into the ring to replace the 51-year-old.
Bendtner, 35, has been gaining coaching badges since hanging up his boots in 2021.
He has also presented the “Nicklas Pranker” show on Danish TV, in which he goes undercover to play tricks on celebrities and members of the public.
The madcap former Gunner has previously been given a jail term for assaulting a taxi driver.
He had his Porsche seized by a court for motoring offences, and has spoken of losing fortunes in casinos.
Formerly wed to a baroness and nicknamed Lord Bendtner, he founded an esports team last year.
Bendtner’s love life has also been the talk of Scandinavian media.

He is currently dating bisexual actress Sus Wilkins, 34, who was previously married to female singer Freja Kirk.
The former Birmingham, Nottingham Forest and Sunderland striker insisted he would get Denmark playing all-out attacking football.
He told the Stolpe Ind podcast: “I would love to be the national coach. Love, love, love.
“There would be speed across the pitch, and we would play 4-3-3 regardless of which players we use.
“A 4-4-3 formation, we would just drive forward, and that is attacking football.
“I have the A coaching licence. But in order for me to progress onto the Pro Licence I have to be affiliated with a club.
“I will have to do that at some point. But right now I am having my ‘acting career’.”
Denmark struggled to beat San Marino 2-1 on Tuesday, with the minnows scoring their first competitive goal in over two years.
Bendtner ended a nine-year Arsenal stay in 2014 after scoring 45 goals in 171 games.
He also played for Juventus, Wolfsburg, Rosenborg and FC Copenhagen.
