Crystal Palace line up £15m-rated Marseille star as transfer speculation increases over Olise and Eze

CRYSTAL PALACE have singled out Marseille and Senegal star Iliman Ndiaye as their top target for next season.

The forward, 23, joined one of his boyhood teams from Sheffield United at the start of this campaign but is expected to be sold in the summer.

And Palace have made a firm inquiry after backing off from a bid in January when he was at Afcon.

The Eagles did not sign an alternative for their attack because they are holding back to land Ndiaye next time round.

Marseille will look for about £15million but Palace are happy to spend in that area.

Meanwhile, the club are also checking on new keepers as they anticipate Sam Johnstone will move in the next window.

West Brom’s Josh Griffiths has caught their eye.

Palace’s move for Ndiaye comes with transfer speculation surrounding Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise.

The pair have been standout performers at Selhurst Park over the past two seasons.

Eze, who has five goals this season, is currently sidelined through injury after he picked up a muscular tear in the 3-2 win over Sheffield United.

While Olise has endured an injury-hit campaign and suffered a hamstring injury in a 4-1 defeat to Brighton.

The former Reading wideman had only just returned from injury off the bench, before his minutes on the pitch were cut short.

However, Olise has been lined up by Manchester United, Man City and Chelsea as a potential summer signing.

A price tag of £50million won’t deter suitors for his signature.
