Chelsea vs West Ham preview
Chelsea moved eighth in midweek after yet another home win – moving ahead of West Ham in the process.
That’s now six wins out of their last seven at home after the 2-0 win over Tottenham on Thursday night.
They had less of the ball and less efforts at goal than Spurs but Trevor Chalobah and Nicolas Jackson goals saw them move into a promising league position.
With four games to go, they’re now three points behind Man Utd in sixth and two behind Newcastle in seventh. Those two still need to play each other, too.
The Hammers were looking good for yet another Euro spot this season but have hit poor form at the wrong time.
It’s just one win from nine games in all competitions for the Hammers and that’s saw them slip below Chelsea and having played a game less.

Conor Gallagher is an absolute MILE clear in the most fouls table in the league this season.
He’s committed 75, with Joao Gomes well behind in second on 58. A staggering gap opening up.
