Buhari-Jonathan Meeting outcome revealed
Sequel to the closed-door meeting between the former President Goodluck Jonathan and President Muhammad Buhari on Thursday, the former president has lamented the spate of insecurity in the country.
He maintained that the current situation is largely worrisome and needs to be urgently addressed; stressing that he is not pessimistic about the situation of the country.
He equally recounted the attack on his residence in Otuoke, Bayelsa State, leading to the indiscriminate death of one of his security guards.
In the same vein, President Muhammad Buhari assures the former president of relentless efforts of the Federal Government towards strengthening the security architecture of the country.
It would be recalled that President Buhari phoned the former president to sympathize with him when his residence in the hometown was attacked.
