Bobrisky Reacts To New Bill Criminalizing Him, Other Cross-Dressers In Nigeria

Controversial Nigerian crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly called Bobrisky has condemned the bill seeking to ban cross-dressing in Nigeria.

Naija News understands that a member of the House of Representatives, Umar Muda on Tuesday, 04 April 2022 presented before the chamber a bill seeking to stop the likes of Bobrisky and James Brown, his copycat, from cross-dressing

The bill was said to pass its first reading on the floor of the House on Tuesday.

With this proposed law, cross-dressers now risk 6 months in prison if passed.

The bill came following the increasing fame of popular Instagram entertainer, Bobrisky.

Bobrisky is born male and his birth name is Okuneye Idris Olarenwaju but has chosen to dress like the opposite gender.

He is popularly known for his presence on the social media apps Snapchat and Instagram.

Reacting to the bill, the cross dresser via the micro- blogging platform, Twitter listed all the things wrong with Nigeria.
According to the male barbie, the Lawmakers should be quick in their decisions since cross-dressing amongst other things is the only major issue of concern the government needs to tackle at this time.
”The good thing about this bill is that: 1) it will finally solve Nigeria’s insecurity challenges 2) improve power supply 3) end ASUU strike 4) repair the negative impression foreigners have about Nigeria 5) cause the reduction of prices of items in the market be fast, please.”
