Barcelona star ‘vomits BLOOD’ before being stretchered off in worrying scenes in LaLiga clash
BARCELONA defender Alejandro Balde was stretchered off after appearing to vomit blood following a nasty collision.
The incident occurred midway through the first half of the Catalan giants’ LaLiga clash with Las Palmas.

Balde, 21, went down after coming together with Sandro Ramirez while wrestling for the ball.
He fell to the floor and was holding his neck while coughing and choking.
The Spaniard then vomited up something which Dentro De Juego have claimed was blood.
He was put onto a stretcher and replaced by Gerard Martin.
