The politician while conversing with journalists shortly after a local government emergency meeting held at the PDP State Headquarters Owerri, Imo state today, promised to support PDP and its leaders to ensure the party becomes victorious in the 2023 election.

He said, “Yesterday, I officially joined PDP in my ward and today I proceeded to the LGA.

“Today, I officially joined the PDP in my Ward. In everything I have done, I have tried my best never to be found wanting. I hope it remains so in this new journey.

“My joining PDP was my choice and I believe I’m coming to add value. By the grace of God, we will all work hard for the party to be victorious.”

Ararume also boasts that he will do his possible best to elevate the party in Isiala Mbano and the state at large, Naija News reports.

Speaking on his Dad, Senator Ararume’s defection to PDP soon, he said he can only speak for himself.

He is a very experienced politician but the treatment he got from the APC was most unfortunate,” he said.
