The Governor of Ebonyi State and a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, David Umahi on Sunday visited Governor Nyesom Wike.
Naija News gathered that Governor Umahi met with Governor Wike at his country home in Rumuepirikom, Port Harcourt on Sunday.
The governors went into a closed-door meeting, however, the details of the meeting were not disclosed.
This is the second time Governor Umahi would be visiting Governor Wike at his residence since the crisis in the Peoples Democratic Party started.
The first time, Governor Umahi visited the former presidential aspirant was on the 18th of June at his residence.
Umahi had described the meeting with Governor Wike as a friendly and brotherly visit.
The duo failed to give detail of their meeting with speculations that they might have agenda to work together in the 2023 general elections.
Governor Umahi, a former member of the PDP has now met with Governor Wike twice, despite the main opposition party making effort to reconcile Governor Wike.
The Rivers State Governor has been silent on the activities of the PDP, since the presidential candidate of the party, Atiku Abubakar decided to pick the Governor of Delta State as the vice presidential candidate of the party.
