2023 Presidency: Full List Of Top Nigerian Celebrities Who Have Endorsed Tinubu

As the 2023 presidential election draws near and with candidates from various political parties indicating their interest to join the race, som Nigerian celebrities have sprung up to openly back their preferred candidate ahead of the general election.

Amongst the numerous candidates who have indicated their interest, the former Lagos state governor and 2023 presidential aspirant, Bola Ahmad Tinubu is the man most celebrities seem to be backing to succeed Muhammadu Buhari.

Interestingly, despite the backlash faced from their fans and well wishers, these celebrities unfliching with their decisions and have held their grounds, insisting Tinubu is the man with the vision to take Nigeria to the next level.

Naija News brings you the list of all celebrities who have endorsed Tinubu so far for the presidency.

John Okafor, Harry B Anyanwu, Foluke Daramola

Comic actor, John Okafor aka Mr Ibu, Harry B Anyanwu, Foluke Daramola at a conference themed; “South West Stands with Asiwaju Bola Tinubu“ in November of 2021 clamored for Tinubu to join the race and become Nigeria’s next president.

The comic actor, Mr Ibu and his colleagues had endorsed National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu to contest in the 2023 presidential election at a time when the APC leader had not officially declared interest to run for office.

Although, they were slammed for their preferred candidate, but it sadly did not deter their support for the APC leader.

Eniola Badmus

Eniola Badmus, a Nollywood actress, also endorses Bola Tinubu, ex-governor of Lagos, for the 2023 presidency.

Although, the actress has countlessly come under criticism for her choice candidate, she still continues to declare her support for the APC leader.

Mr Jollof

Mr Jollof as he is fondly called, drummed support for the APC chieftain, Bola Tinubu by publicly endorsing him.

Although, it was met with heavy backlash, the activist cum comedian urged his followers displeased with the decision to unfollow him, stating that he had freedom to exercise his fundamental rights.

Leo Da-Silva 

Big Brother Naija season 3 housemate, Leo Da-silva also aligned with the All Progressives Congress chieftain and presidential aspirant, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The reality, Leo, had taken to his various social media handles to share a ‘Bola Tinubu Youth Summit poster with the theme; ‘Reinventing Our Future’ which held in January.

Unfortunately, the former housemate’s alignment poster was greeted with waves of raging backlashes, which led the star to take it down.

Singer Brymo

Olawale Olofooro, the Nigerian singer who’s popularly referred to as Brymo, overtly declared his support for All Progressives Congress,  presidential aspirant, Bola Tinubu.

The singer, in a series of Tweets on Tuesday described Tinubu as a “city boy”, insisting that the APC chieftain is the one with a plan for the nation.

Brymo  also claimed that he has by no means met Tinubu or his political associates, informing critics to cease judging the aspirant based mostly on outdated age.
